Our Quality Assurance Standards establishes the principles and mechanisms for ensuring objectivity, accuracy and integrity. We established high standards and are dedicated to fulfilling our commitments. We have implemented the following standards:

  • Strict adherence to all applicable privacy legislation including the
    Federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents
    Act ("PIPEDA") and Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act ("FIPPA")
  • Acknowledge inquiries/referrals within 24 hours
  • Contact the Insured within 48 hours
  • Arrange in person visit with insured within 5 days
  • Contact lawyer within 48 hours
  • Contact treating physician within 5 days
  • Contact employer within 3 days
  • Provide a detailed breakdown of invoices
  • Openness and Transparency
  • Conduct a Quality Assurance Audit on each report
  • Utilization of  a Case Management Framework
